1. FetchGIS: Free Property Records
The most efficient way to access St. Joseph County property records. This resource contains tax history, parcel maps, and detailed land data. Information is updated daily and is free for all users with no account required.
Launch FetchGIS Search2. County Search: Delinquent Taxes
Direct access to the County's BS&A portal for delinquent tax information. Taxpayers may associate their name with an account to search their own properties for free; otherwise, a standard service fee is charged by the provider.
Search Delinquent Taxes3. Local Unit Search: Building & Land Info
Because current taxes and building/land data are maintained locally, you must search the individual database for your City, Village, or Township. This includes Principal Residency Exemption (PRE) information.
