Swift and Sure Sanctions Probation Program (SSSPP)
Intensive Rehabilitation & Deferment
The SSSPP is an intensive probation program designed to defer high-risk defendants from prison through counseling, substance abuse treatment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Now in its fourth year of implementation, it serves as a critical tool for rehabilitation in St. Joseph County.

Immediate Accountability
A proven component of effective probation is the use of immediate sanctions. In the SSSPP, program violations result in prompt, predictable consequences to ensure participants remain focused on their recovery and legal obligations.
