Through grants from the State Court Administrative Officer (SCAO) and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), the Adult Drug Court Treatment Program provides essential recovery services to qualifying drug offenders. Our mission prioritizes rehabilitation and long-term recovery over traditional punitive sanctions.
Program Structure
Participants engage in a 5-Phase Intensive Program designed to address the root causes of criminal behavior through recovery.

Nationwide, 75% of Drug Court participants who successfully complete a program remain arrest-free for at least two years following graduation.
