Traffic Division
The Traffic Division handles civil infractions and minor traffic misdemeanor offenses. Citizens may pat preset fines daily or schedule an Informational Hearing with the Traffic Clerk.
Important: Suspended Licenses
If your license is suspended due to an unpaid citation, immediate clearances are not available.
- Credit card payments require 5-7 business days to process.
- You cannot legally drive until you receive the physical clearance card in the mail from the court.
