The plat book contains land maps for the entire county. The book shows the division of land into townships, sections, roads, and parcels with ownership listings. Also included are maps of city and village streets, school district, and more.

2022 Plat Book

The 2022 Plat Book is published by the St. Joseph County 4-H Youth Council. All profit from Plat Book sales go to support 4-H Youth Council activities. Plat Books can be purchased at the MSU Extension offices in Centreville or by contacting the MSU Extension office at (269) 467-5511 to obtain the newest edition.

Older Plat Books

Plat Books published by the county between 2010 and 2020 are still available in digital (.pdf) format (see sample below). Hardcopies are not available. Plat Books published prior to 2010 are not available for purchase from the county. Some older copies may be found at local libraries or via the original publishing companies. Contact the GIS Department for details.
