Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD)

Our dispatchers are EMD certified and can provide pre-arrival instructions for managing seizures, infant CPR, even emergency childbirth. Help starts the moment we answer the phone.

When NOT to call 911: Non-Emergency Calls

To keep emergency lines open for life-threatening situations, please use our non-emergency line for the folliowing:

  • Barking dogs or noise complaints
  • Loud or suspicious vehicles
  • Peace officer standbys
  • VIN Inspections (with SOS paperwork)
  • Incidents older than 24 hours
