The St. Joseph County Commission on Aging (COA) is formally soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed architectural firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services.
This partnership will focus on a significant interior renovation project at the Rivers Enrichment Center, aimed at enhancing our facilities for the community.
Project Scope
The selected firm will be responsible for providing full professional services required to produce:
- Complete and coordinated construction documents.
- Permit-ready and bid-ready specifications.
- Full support through the permitting and construction bidding phases.
Submission Deadline
Proposals must be received no later than: Wednesday, June 26, 2026, by 2:00 PM EDT
