*Birth records are closed. Heirs/descendants may access deceased records with an “Affidavit of Heir” and death certificate.

The fastest way to receive a certified copy of a marriage, birth, or death certificates.

Mail-In Research

Staff-conducted searches are performed as time permits. Results are hand-copied on a Vital Record Form.

Search Fees

  • Staff Search: $1.00 per year, per record.
  • Minimum Fee: $20.00 (Covers a 13-year search).
  • Court Records: Fee varies by page count.
